Overview: Outsourcing has become an important part of commercial life with organisations looking to reap the benefits of passing over certain tasks to specialist organisations or of off-shoring. The recent PwC Global CEO survey found that improved customer service, attracting and retaining key talent and ability to change are seen as the primary sources of competitive advantage in achieving growth.
