Overview: The workshop will cover a number of areas that feature regularly on the Audit Committee agenda, focusing on where an Audit Committee can look for comfort that risks are being effectively managed. It will consider a suggested risk management framework and reflect on the proposed roles of external audit and internal audit within that framework. The workshop will also provide an opportunity to share experiences and exchange views with other Audit Committee members.
